Dr. Robison and his staff go above and beyond professional service by taking a personal interest in my children. They are friendly, kind, and thorough. During our 2 appointments they were short one technician so everyone else worked together so that each patient was seen on time and didn't have to wait. We have received excellent care at each and every appointment!

The kindness and caring attitude, humor and, of course professionalism of Dr. R and his entire staff was welcoming as well as solving my specific problem. My teeth were very disordered - sitting across one another before seeking treatment with Dr. Robison and his staff. Beside the cosmetic appearance, the disorder created hygeine problems.  We found it- the orthodontist office that fits our family.

We had only sat down in the waiting room and my 13 year old son (the patient) stated, "I believe we have found that perfect Orthodontist mom. I already feel much more comfortable than at the other Orthodontist office we visited." We had only checked in. So, you can imagine how happy he was when we left after the visit with his new personalized "Dr. Robison" T-shirt in hand and full of all the praises & attention he just received from the staff.  Saved my daughter's teeth

I had been told my daughter was missing an adult tooth and needed three other teeth pulled to make the bite symmetrical. I was so glad I went to Dr. Robison for a second opinion. Superior imaging equipment showed the tooth was there. Further, Dr. Robison explained that no adult teeth needed to be extracted to achieve an excellent smile. My son will see Dr. Robison for his braces too. We are more than satisfied with the service and the result. Five stars.

 Other Orthodontists - BEWARE

I have been to more Doctor's offices than I ever thought possible prior to having children and have always left those offices feeling there was at least one thing that could have gone better. After time, I have even begun to expect many things to be disappointing in any given visit. The standard of care and customer service has really dropped over the years and the employees don't seem any happier than the patients in most places today. The one exception is Dr. Robison's office. Scheduling is never a hassle, appointment times always start promptly, the professional care given by the technicians and Doctor Robison is always first rate and everyone in the office is always genuinely happy! Other Doctor's offices never come close to the standard I have come to expect from Dr Robison's office. The consistent excellence in his office has made our visits over the last years a pleasure.  Love this office!

My family just located here from Myrtle Beach, Sc and my oldest had to get braces, so this whole process for us was all new. Once coming back we didn't think it was going to be that difficult to find an orthodontist to continue treatment. BOY! was I wrong, I didn't have such a great experience at the first office we visited, everything seemed so rushed. I was recommended to Dr. Robison through another orthodontic office I had called to explain my situation, they stated that this office would probably be best. I finally made the call and from the time I called to the time I hung up, every concern and question I had was answered and I wasn't rushed through the process, then coming into the office put icing on the cake, what a wonder staff. I'm so please with everyone, Dr. Robison and his staff are great. Everyone once again took the time to explain everything. I'm also very pleased on how the office has worked with me financially, when we first started the process in South Carolina we put out a total of $3600.00 and I was so afraid of what the cost would be and if we could even afford to continue the treatment, Dr. Robison's office worked with us as well in regards to payment, this put me at ease knowing I had a staff that was welling to help us in the best way they could and that goes along way. I also LOVE the fact that they give their patients something to work forward to with the credit card and earning points, because my daughter is one who's oral hygiene has been a challenge since we started with the braces. I have done everything in my power to make sure she does a good job with flossing, brushing, etc. even to the point where I purchased everything that I was told to get and still going to follow up appointments her oral hygiene always came up and I felt like a failure, why can"t we get this right, but she is so excited about the toothbrush the office will supply her with and the credit card point system will allow her to work harder towards great brushing and beautiful teeth at the end of this journey, we couldn't ask for more!!!!

A clean, friendly,well-run operation!

My experience has always been a positive one. It's obvious the office is a very well-organized,professional practice. This is the place to be!!

Based on previous experiences with other Orthodontists, I was absolutely dreading our first visit. Great Experience, Very Friendly

My seven year old daughter had a severely crooked front tooth (it was turned 180 degrees from the original position). Though my daughter and I were nervous about correcting her tooth, the staff at Dr. Robison's office comforted and informed us along the way. Everyone we met treated us well, from Erin at the front desk to Ms. Jiji our Orthodontist Assistant. Kelly discussed our options (braces or a specialized retainer) and the length of treatment. While Carolyn reviewed the cost of the process and our dental insurance. We are five months into treatment and her tooth has moved almost 100 degrees. I would highly recommend Dr. Robison and his staff.

 Straight Teeth Without Extractions!

Other orthodontists suggested extractions before beginning treatment on our 13 year old son. Dr. Robison cautioned that extractions might be needed, but optimistic that with treatment, they would not be necessary. We appreciated Dr. Robison's conservative plan. Our son's smile is beautiful, and he was spared unnecessary procedures. Thank you!

Addicted at First Appointment!

Dr. Robison and his staff clearly make client service a priority and are working hard at it. What this office achieves regarding friendly service, organization, and preparedness only happens when each member of the team is actually applying best practices routinely and consistently. It was clear that my time is valuable to them.  The rewards program cleverly places oral hygiene and treatment-related responsibilities with the patient (in my case a child), which involves them in a way that includes accountability as well as appropriate incentives.  Because the source of the program is the practice/office, parents need only spend time supporting and encouraging expected behaviors with their children, rather than having to be more of "the bad guy" in that respect.  As a result, my daughter will have ownership of her treatment from the start. The initial consultation was completely thorough in all aspects and gave me full confidence in proceeding with this office for treatment.

 We did the research--this practice came out on top

We researched lots of practices when we moved to this area, and this was the one we liked the most. Dr. Robison and staff are very friendly and professional and our son's treatment proposal was a bit on the conservative side, which we liked.  The practice is up-to-date with the most modern technology.  We hardly ever have to wait when we get in there since the office is efficiently run.  There is also an incentive plan for the patients to do wekk with their dental care and in school--they earn points that can be redeemed for gift cards. We really love this practice!!

After my brother got braces at Dr. Robison's, we were so happy with them, when it was tome for me to get braces there was no one else we would go to. The Damon System Dudes

I thought this was going to be a painful process, but when they put the braces on it was just a pinch every once in a while. It didn't really hurt that much. I used to have a canine stuck way up in my gum. But then they put a spring in and it is almost down where it should be. I would recommend this for everyone who has teeth out of order!

Dr. Robison's orthodontic office is very professional in every way. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by warm, friendly staff members eager to assist you. The first appointment is very thorough and unrushed and you are reassured this will be a pleasant experience. Good dentistry is expensive but Carolyn makes it easy to understand reasonable option. After all, the first thing people see when you meet them is your face. Just like good skin care, I don't think you can put a price on a beautiful smile. I'm delighted to learn that there is still an options for me and I will be receiving my smile at the age of 61. If you are like me and were unable to have corrective dentistry in your teens it is never too late and there are affordable options/alternatives for you as well.
